About Our Business

Who We Are

We established Jam Right I Can with the idea of sharing traditional jam, jelly, bread, and sauce recipes with inspirations picked up across the globe. 

Meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds presented unique opportunities to indulge in the many foods of those cultures, and learn passed-down recipes, cooking techniques, and ingredients. 

By adding these traditions to those learned within our own families, we were able to create a twist that is sure to delight.

The are differences between jelly, jam, and preserves:

Jelly is made by the process of straining fruit to use the juices.

Jam is made by mashing the fruit to create a more robust texture.

Preserves are made with either whole or larger bits of fruit.
